Andrew Hinz – Managing Director
Andrew commenced his insurance career almost 20 years ago and has been co-owner IAGB for 10 years. He specialises in insurance for medium to large enterprises in industries of all kinds as well as domestic product lines. The most satisfying part of the insurance business for Andrew is the strong relationships he builds with clients when helping them find the right product for their needs.
Ken Pitts – Claims Manager
Ken has expertise in handling all claims - from domestic house and contents to commercial fire and strata/building. Ken has been a dedicated insurance professional for more than 30 years and his experience and expertise allows him to explore every avenue to ensure that clients get the most out of their insurance.
Kathrine Boggan – Office Manager
Kathrine came to the insurance industry in 1999. She has extensive experience in both domestic and commercial insurance and enjoys helping clients obtain positive outcomes in their insurance portfolios.
Emma Wait – Account Executive
Emma has spent the best part of a decade dedicated to insurance broking and takes great pleasure in helping clients find the right insurance to fit their needs. Emma has expertise in a range of products including home and contents, pleasure craft, commercial property and professional indemnity.
Sharon Butters – Account Executive
Sharon’s career in the insurance industry is close to an impressive 20 years. She has a solid background in ISR, business and commercial products along with claims management experience. Sharon is our resident Strata Insurance expert and takes pride in helping her customers get the most out of their insurance.
Joshua Coghlan – Assistant Account Executive
Joshua’s insurance career commenced in 2002 in domestic lines insurance sales for a building society. With a recent move into broking Joshua is finding great job satisfaction helping clients source the right cover when purchasing their first residential property, investment property, motor vehicle or simply upgrading their existing cover portfolio.
Stacey Ritchie - Reception
Stacey is in her first year of an insurance broking traineeship. She believes insurance broking is an industry that is constantly changing and evolving and one that offers her a career with diversity and challenge with great opportunity for advancement.
Tracey Tyler – Processor
Tracey has worked in many different fields of insurance over more than 25 years, from selling home and contents insurance to dealing with claims. Tracey now enjoys the infinite detail of processing but still enjoys the challenge and variation afforded by the different insurance products on offer.

Damian Woods – Managing Director
Damian entered the Insurance Industry in 1981. He has gained significant and extensive experience during this time which included a period on the international insurance scene with Lloyds of London in 1996. Damian has a Diploma in Financial Services (Insurance Broking), is a Qualified Practicing Insurance Broker and also a Certified Insurance Professional.
Jodie Burgess – Office Manager & Account Executive
Jodie joined Insurance Aid General Brokers in 1999 as a Receptionist & Claims Officer and has worked her way up to her current senior position. She obtained her Diploma in Financial Services (Insurance Broking) in 2010 and also obtained her Qualified Practicing Insurance Broker qualification from NIBA in the same year. Jodie has an extensive and comprehensive knowledge of Insurance products.
David Lodge – Account Executive
David has been in the Insurance Industry for 25 years and commenced with Insurance Aid General Brokers in 2009. He has broad knowledge of all Insurance products including Commercial, Home & Contents, Residential & Commercial Strata, Motor Vehicle and Boat Insurances.
Naomi Chaloner – Domestic Account Executive
Naomi joined our team in 2002 and has now been in the Insurance Industry for 19 years. Naomi specialises in Domestic Insurances which include Home & Contents, Residential Strata, Motor Vehicle, Boat and Travel Insurances.
Donna Church – Financial Controller
Donna has been with IAGB since 1996. She holds down one of the most important roles in the business as she ensures the smooth and effective running and monitoring of the company financials.
Lauren Crowley – Receptionist / Claims Administration Officer
Lauren joined IAGB in 2009 as Front Office Reception and Claims Administration Officer. She is currently undertaking further studies to gain further qualification in the insurance industry.
Jenny Dawes – Data Processor
Jenny started with IAGB in 2008. She is in charge of Credit Control for both Clients and Insurance Companies and also has administrative and account executive support duties.
Ann-Maree Lenan – Accounts Payable & Payroll Officer
Ann-Maree joined IAGB in 1991 and her current role has the crucial responsibility of ensuring all accounts, and staff, are paid on time.
